    DO YOU PROVIDE FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?

    Yes. We thrive on great customer experience and convenience. Hence, we offer free worldwide shipping from our big factories in Asia, North America and Europe.

    WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?                

    We work with global courier services to ship our useful products to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

    WHAT HAPPENS TO LOST/MISSING PACKAGES?

    Shoppeny.co is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

    WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

    Shipping time varies by location. Due to the popularity of our offers, please expect a tracking number between 3-5 business days. Once your product ships, shipping times are quoted by the carrier as taking 7-20 business days.

    WHO COVERS CUSTOM COSTS?                          

    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

    WHERE IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION?              

    You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

    Our tracking says “No information available at the moment”.

    For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

    WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?      

    For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

    WHY IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION NOT UPDATING?     

    There is no need to worry, this is perfectly normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update. Once the item lands in your country, it will move very quickly to your doorstep. You can track it here by entering your order number and email address.

     

    Returns & Refunds

    HOW DOES REFUNDS WORK WITH SHOPPENY?

    We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    If you decide to start a return process, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

    Please note the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the product to the warehouses unless the product is damaged or doesn't meet the description.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    To start a return, you can contact us at support@shoppeny.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you open a chargeback or dispute before talking to us you may lose your refund entitlement.

    We know shopping online can be uncertain and stressful so it is in our utmost interest to give you the best shopping experience. Please note that shipping costs incurred during our delivery will also be deducted from your refund if it is accepted.
     

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVE DAMAGED?
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

    WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
